• Some of our props are made on a 3D printer, or by injection molding, it
depends on the specific products. You can contact us to clarify this
information.
• The lead time for each individual order can vary significantly depending on
the current influx of orders and time, as well as the availability of materials
necessary for delivery to your country or region. If you need to receive your
order for a specific event, contact us to make sure that we are able to
manufacture and deliver it to the desired date.
• If you want to receive the goods on a certain day (birthday, holiday or other
event), we recommend that you make an order in advance - at least 3 months
before this event.
• We ship to worldwide by airmail. Standard delivery is 20-30 days
usual, Russian EMS (express) 5-10 days usual (dates are indicated for delivery
to the USA, and taken from the Russian Post website and actual dates may vary
depending on distance, carrier, weather and other unforeseen conditions. We are
not responsible for non-compliance with the delivery time of the company by the
carrier. Actual delivery times may vary.). If you want us to ship by another
service, please contact us. We ship large parcels only by EMS.

• Please kindly understand that you have to control the arrival of goods on your
post pickup point. If the package is returned with the mark «unclaimed», no
refund is provided and delivery cost must be payed again for resending.
Loss of package or damage
• If the package is lost on the territory of the Russian Federation and is not found
within 3 months (he period stated in the regulations of the Russian Post), in
the above mentioned 3 months we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.
• If the package is lost outside the territory of the Russian Federation (after
leaving the customs), our work shop cannot bear any responsibility, and no
replacement or refund is provided. In order to locate your package you will
need to file an application for international search at the post office in your
country.
• Check the contents of your parcel upon receipt. If the content has been
corrupted, you must make a claim in your post office (You must draw up a
statement that the received parcel was damaged on the spot! Sure to! Otherwise,
postal services will refuse to compensate). We are not responsible for the
activities of the company delivering or postal service. However, in order to
avoid such situations, we securely and carefully package each of our parcels.
There is nothing more important than the safety of your cargo, so we raised the
